Loving Life Thin

I have always loved life. Even when I was fat, I loved life. I maintained a positive attitude on purpose, and tried to look at the positive side of things as much as possible. When I looked in the mirror, though, I didn’t see much positive. Sure, I have nice hair and cute dimples, but beyond that, I left a lot to be desired.

I was about 40 pounds overweight, and I knew that I looked odd. Most of my weight was in my abdomen, which has been proven to be the most dangerous place to carry weight. When my mom voiced her concern for me, I took her seriously. She told me that people who carry most of their weight in that area are more likely to suffer from heart disease and other serious illnesses.

I am only 22, but I do want to know that I am healthy. Mom told me that there are diet food delivery options that make sticking to a diet easier, and then we went on the computer to look at a few. We found one that sounded great. Mom said she would pay for it if I thought I would stick to it. I asked her to let me look at more about it first, and that I would let her know in the morning.

After she left, I read a lot about Medifast, and I was really impressed with all the reviews and information offered at the website. I also found that the weight loss happens faster than it does with many other plans. This really caught my attention.

When I called mom the next morning and told her that I was ready to make a commitment, she was so happy. She placed the order on the Internet, and within a few days my supplies had arrived. Medifast works so great. I am now at a healthy weight, and feel so good. My waist went from a 44 to a 34, and I am thrilled with the results I got.

I am loving life now that I’m thin. What’s more, though, is that I know I greatly reduced my risk for having some horrible health problems. Now, when I walk through the halls at my job, women actually give me admiring glances. As a matter of fact, one girl asked me out yesterday. She wasn’t there when I had all that weight to lose, so she doesn’t know what I looked like six months ago. Yes, life is good and getting even better.
