Nutrisystem has individual plans for women and men, older women and men, diabetics, and even a vegetarian program.  My daughter is a vegetarian and I’m going to suggest she try Nutrisystem’s diet food delivery next.  She put on weight after her second child that she just hasn’t been able to get off yet.  She is a vegetarian so it sometimes is a struggle to find things she will eat.  She’s getting a little older too, but not old enough yet for Nutrisystem’s Women’s Silver Program, which is what I’m on.
